RGBlue "Tricolor"
Takuya Nakamura x Kirin Sekito Izu Oshima
Light is essential for underwater photography and videography.
RGBlue's underwater lights, which are known for their high color rendering, have been loved by many enthusiasts who photograph underwater creatures and landscapes since they were first released. Two RGBlue light users, nature photographer Norimichi Sekido and underwater photographer Takuya Nakamura, have compiled underwater footage they have taken into one video.
This video was shot entirely on Izu Oshima using the RGBlue "Tricolor" underwater light, which is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2025. Compared to the current model, the light output is stronger and a new crystal color (6500K) has been introduced that is closer to natural light.
In addition, it is now possible to switch between three color temperatures with a single unit: Super Natural Color (5000K), Premium Color (4200K), and more, allowing for greater freedom of expression.
The first half of the video begins with footage of the majestic natural beauty of Mt. Mihara, and then moves on to the underwater world of Izu Oshima, which is blessed by the Kuroshio Current, in a novel way.
Please enjoy it on a large 4K screen.
