After -sales service

overhaul

Overhaul service to keep the System series longer.
Replacement of all O -rings and charging terminals, inspection of over -pressure valves, refreshing batteries, all functions and waterproof performance.
A one -year warranty will be included after the overhaul.

    All RGBlue light modules and battery modules.

    * No accessories are included.

  • 6.Contact of repair progress, payment of repair price * In case of fee

  • 7.Repair (10-14 business days)

    Usually, repair is completed with 10 to 14 business days.

  • 8.Shipping of repair completed products

    After sending the shipping information (scheduled arrival date and invoice number) by e -mail, the repair report will be included with the repair completed product and shipped.
