After-sales service
overhaul
This is an overhaul service to help you continue using the SYSTEM series for a longer period of time.
We will inspect and replace the main O-ring and internal O-ring, replace the charging terminal, inspect the overpressure valve, replace the battery, and check all functions and waterproof performance.
A one-year warranty is provided after the overhaul is completed.

All RGBlue light modules and battery modules.

Precautions
*Applications will be accepted at our company or at our dealer.
*Shipping costs are not included in the above prices.
*If replacement of parts other than those listed above is required, we will only perform the work after you have approved the cost in advance.
*This will be supported for 7 years after the end of sales. -

For inquiries regarding overhaul services and repairs, please contact us using the form below.

2.Guidance (2-5 business days)
We will contact you within five business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Please attach the warranty card and send it along with the item you wish to repair.

4.Receipt and initial diagnosis
We will inform you of the results of the initial diagnosis and let you know whether the repair is free or paid for.

5.Estimate (5-7 business days) *If paid
We will send you a quote by email within 7 business days of receiving your repair request.

7.Notification of whether repairs can be carried out and payment of repair costs (if paid)
Please contact us to let us know whether or not the repair can be carried out and to make payment for the repair.

8.Repair (10-14 business days)
Repairs are usually completed within 10 to 14 business days.

9.Shipping of repaired product
After sending you shipping information (estimated arrival date and shipping number) by email, we will ship the repaired product together with a repair report.
