- Use an AC adapter that can output at least 15V/2A/30W according to the USB-PD standard.
Some AC adapters with two or more ports may not provide sufficient output when using branch charging.
・If the red LED on the charging adapter does not light up even when using an AC adapter that can output the specified output, the charging adapter may be faulty.
In that case, please contact us via "Customer Support, Repairs, and Post-Purchase Inquiries."

The black protector on the light module can be removed without using any tools, but it is designed to be difficult to remove in order to protect it and prevent it from getting lost.
For detailed instructions on how to remove it, please watch the video "How to remove the protector."

・The battery may not be charging properly. Please refer to "Can no longer charge" below.
The battery module's protection circuit may be activated. Please try the following steps to recover the battery and see if it works.

- Water may have entered the light module, battery module, or both due to excessive water penetration between modules.
-It may have been subjected to an impact that exceeded the tolerance.
In either case, repair is required. Please contact us via "Customer Support, Repairs, and After-Sales Inquiries."

- Are the electrical contact terminals on the light module and battery module (the gold metal ring on the light module and the four gold metal pins on the battery module) covered with verdigris or stuck together due to salt, etc.?
→ Wipe off any salt from the electrical contact terminals with a damp cloth, then dry them. Refer to the "Power does not turn on" section above and try following the recovery steps to see if the function returns to normal.
If the battery module's electrical contact terminals (four gold metal pins) remain depressed and do not return to their original position, the battery module will not supply enough power and will require repair.

- If the light module indicator is red, the built-in battery is low and the light cannot be dimmed.
→Charge for at least an hour and try adjusting the brightness again.

- Has the yellow O-ring on the light module hardened, lost elasticity, or become scratched, swollen, discolored, or deformed?
→Remove the deteriorated yellow O-ring, clean the O-ring groove on the light module and the contact surface on the battery module, and then attach a new dedicated yellow O-ring RGB-OR01 after applying a thin layer of dedicated grease RGB-SG01 to the entire surface.
The O-ring is a consumable item and should be replaced at least once a year.
Please refer to "O-ring maintenance" below. Also, be sure to use RGB-OR01 O-ring.

- Are there any foreign objects (fibers, pet hair, sand, etc.) inside the dedicated case?
→Please keep the inside of the dedicated case clean.

-Are you using a module cap?
→When storing or transporting, please use the respective module caps to prevent foreign matter from entering.

-Is there any foreign matter (fiber, pet hair, sand, etc.) on the yellow O-ring contact surface of the battery module?
→ Keep the contact surface of the battery module clean as well.

-Is there any foreign matter (fiber, pet hair, sand, etc.) in the O-ring of the light module?
→ Keep the O-ring clean.

-Are you using any silicone grease other than the genuine RGB-SG01 ?
→ If you use silicone grease from another company, the O-ring may stretch or lose elasticity, causing water to leak in. Replace it with a new O-ring RGB-OR01 .

■Check the area around the charger.
- Are the charge adapter/charging plug and cable, and the AC adapter and cable loose?
→Please try disconnecting all connections and reconnecting them.

- Does the red LED on the charging adapter/charging plug light up?
→The battery may be fully charged. In this case, the red LED on the charging adapter/charging plug will light up, but will then automatically turn off immediately.
*If the red LED on the charging adapter/charging plug does not light up after trying the above, the charging adapter/charging plug may be faulty or there may be poor contact with the AC adapter.

If the red LED is on but charging does not occur, the charging plug/charging terminals of the charging plug may be dirty.
→Wipe off any salt from the charging terminals using a damp cloth.

■Check the main unit.
- Are the charging terminals of the battery module dirty or verdigris-colored?
→ Wipe off any moisture from the surface of the charging terminal before inserting the charging adapter/charging plug.
If moisture remains on the surface of the charging terminals while charging, the terminals may gradually corrode and the gold plating may deteriorate, making it impossible to charge.
*If you are unable to charge after trying the above, it may be due to a faulty charging adapter/charging plug, poor contact with the AC adapter, or excessive submersion or impact to the light body.

- When charging, the surface temperature of the battery module will reach approximately 30°C to 40°C, but this is not a malfunction.
However, if the surface temperature reaches 40°C or higher (to the point where it is too hot to touch), there is a possibility of the device becoming submerged in water or malfunctioning, so please stop using it immediately.

・The battery may not be charging properly. Please refer to "Charging has stopped."

Depending on how often you use your device, the built-in battery may deteriorate after 2-3 years. You can have the built-in battery replaced by having it repaired.

- Are you using it in a cold climate?
Due to the characteristics of lithium-ion batteries, the lighting time may be significantly shortened when used in an environment below 10°C.

Battery capacity will decrease to approximately 50% after approximately 500 charge/discharge cycles (this may vary depending on the usage environment and conditions).

Light modules and battery modules can be freely combined.
However, when combining the re series with the conventional series, the waterproof gasket attached to the re series light module will not function and the conventional waterproof capability will be maintained.
If you purchase only the re series battery module, it is not compatible with conventional charging plugs, so you will need to purchase the charging adapter (re)/RGB-CA01 and USB PD cable 1.2M (re)/RGB-UC01 separately.
Also, a charging adapter is not included, so please use a commercially available AC adapter that can output at least USB-PD 15V=2A/30W.
We also have a separate product ( USB PD compatible AC adapter (re)/RGB-PDAC01 ) available separately.

■Basic maintenance • Always perform O-ring maintenance before use, even if the product has not been used or has been overhauled.
• Carefully remove any fibers, pet hair, gravel, etc.
• Replace the O-ring at least once a year and keep it clean and free of foreign matter.
• Keep the contact surface of the O-ring clean and free of foreign matter.
• After use, soak the product in fresh water for one hour to thoroughly remove any salt. Be sure to install each module at that time.

■ Storage Basics • Store in the case.
• Remove any fibers, pet hair, gravel, etc. from the inside of the case and keep it clean.
• Do not store wet.
• Use caps on the light module and battery module and keep the inside of the caps clean.

■ Basics of transportation • Carry the product in a case.
• Do not place heavy objects on top.
• Remove any accessories.

・Even during the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs when sending the product.
・Free repairs within the warranty period (1 year) are limited to initial defects and manufacturing defects. If we determine that the repair is not covered by the warranty, a fee will be charged for the repair.
