*We will be open as usual on Monday, April 28th and from Wednesday, April 30th to Friday, May 2nd. We will also resume normal business hours as usual from Wednesday, May 7th.

Any items received for repair after Thursday, April 10, 2025 will be returned after the holiday period. Please note that we will not be able to accept parcels during the holiday period, so please be careful when sending items for repair.

As of May 30, 2022, we will be establishing new bases for our development and customer support departments on the 16th floor of Yokohama Creation Square, adjacent to our head office. If you send an item for repair to our head office address, it may take some time for it to reach customer support. Therefore, from now on, we ask that you please send it to the address below.
